    Pending Workspace is a feature of the Enterprise Workspaces (EP-ES) component of SAP. It allows users to create a workspace that is not yet active, but can be activated at any time. This allows users to prepare workspaces in advance and activate them when needed. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create a pending workspace, users must first log into the SAP system and navigate to the Enterprise Workspaces (EP-ES) component. From there, they can select the “Create Pending Workspace” option. This will open a window where users can enter the details of the workspace they wish to create. Once all the details have been entered, users can click “Create” to create the pending workspace.
