Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Collective pattern is a feature of SAP EHS Management in ERP that allows users to create and manage multiple safety data sheets (SDS) for a single material. This feature allows users to create a single SDS for a material that contains all the relevant information for multiple countries, languages, and regulations.

    How to use it:
To use the collective pattern feature, users must first create a collective pattern in the system. This can be done by selecting the “Create Collective Pattern” option from the EHS Management menu. Once the collective pattern is created, users can then add individual SDSs to the collective pattern. Each SDS must be created separately and then added to the collective pattern.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a collective pattern, it is important to ensure that all of the relevant information is included in each SDS. This includes language, country, and regulation information. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all of the SDSs are up-to-date and accurate.
