  • Description: A general accident statistic in which the total number of reportable work-related accidents is determined for a defined period of time and converted to a figure per 1000 full employees. Work-related accidents can, for example, be accidents at work or accidents on the way to work, depending on the relevant laws.

    The 1000-employee quota is a feature of the EHS-ERP EHS Management in ERP component of SAP. It allows companies to manage their employee safety and health data in an efficient and organized manner. The quota allows companies to set a maximum number of employees that can be managed in the system, ensuring that the system is not overloaded with data. 
    
    How to use it: 
    The 1000-employee quota can be set up in the EHS-ERP EHS Management in ERP component of SAP. To do this, go to the “Settings” tab and select “Employee Quota”. Here, you can enter the maximum number of employees that can be managed in the system. Once this is done, the system will automatically limit the number of employees that can be added to the system. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to set a realistic employee quota for your company. If you set a quota that is too low, you may not be able to manage all of your employee safety and health data efficiently. On the other hand, if you set a quota that is too high, you may end up with an overloaded system.
