What is read-only mode in SAP CRM-SLC - Solution Sales Configuration?

  • Description: Enterprise JavaBean Internet Pricing and Configurator A processing mode of the EJB IPC that loads the configuration result into the engine without evaluating dependencies. The EJB IPC does not calculate the characteristic domains in this mode. It only delivers the characteristic values of the configuration result to the user interface. The configuration result contains information about the visibility of characteristics so that invisible characteristics can be hidden by the user interface in the read-only mode.
