    Technically completed is a status in SAP Service Management that indicates that all technical activities related to a service request have been completed. This status is used to indicate that the service request has been successfully completed and is ready for customer acceptance. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In SAP Service Management, when a service request is created, it is assigned a status of “Open”. As the service request progresses, the status will be updated to “In Progress” and then “Technically Completed” when all technical activities related to the service request have been completed. Once the service request has been technically completed, it can be accepted by the customer. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When setting the status of a service request to “Technically Completed”, make sure that all technical activities related to the service request have been completed and that the customer is satisfied with the results.
