Key Concepts: Home Location is a feature of the CRM-RPL-ICS Interaction Center Agent Scheduling component of SAP. It allows agents to be assigned to a specific location, such as a branch office or call center, and to be scheduled for shifts at that location. This ensures that agents are available when needed and that they are not overworked. How to use it: To use the Home Location feature, an administrator must first set up the locations in the system. This includes entering the address, contact information, and other details about each location. Once the locations have been set up, agents can be assigned to them. Agents can then be scheduled for shifts at their home location or at other locations as needed. Tips & Tricks: When setting up locations in the system, it is important to make sure that all relevant information is entered accurately. This will ensure that agents are able to find their home location easily and that they are scheduled correctly. Additionally, it is important to keep track of which agents are assigned to which locations so that scheduling conflicts can be avoided.
