  • Key Concepts:
Budgetary constraint is a feature of the CRM-RPL-ICS Interaction Center Agent Scheduling component of SAP. It allows users to set a budget for the number of agents that can be scheduled for a given period of time. This helps to ensure that the number of agents scheduled does not exceed the budgeted amount.

    How to use it:
To use budgetary constraint, users must first set a budget for the number of agents that can be scheduled for a given period of time. This can be done by entering the desired budget in the “Budgetary Constraint” field in the CRM-RPL-ICS Interaction Center Agent Scheduling component. Once this is done, the system will automatically ensure that the number of agents scheduled does not exceed the budgeted amount.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to remember that budgetary constraint only applies to agents that are scheduled within a given period of time. If an agent is scheduled outside of this period, then budgetary constraint will not apply.
