    Single-selection mode is a feature of the CRM-PCC People-Centric CRM (CRM Portal Content) component of SAP.     How to use it: 
    To use single-selection mode, users must first open the CRM-PCC People-Centric CRM (CRM Portal Content) component in SAP. Then, they can select the “Single Selection” option from the list of available modes. This will open a list of items from which the user can select one item. Once the user has selected an item, they can click “OK” to confirm their selection. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using single-selection mode, it is important to remember that only one item can be selected at a time. If multiple items are selected, only the first item will be saved. Additionally, users should double-check their selection before confirming it with the “OK” button.
