What is due visit in SAP CRM-MSA - Mobile Sales?

  • Description: Generated by the system during activity scheduling to remind the sales team that visits to specific business partners are due. The system calculates due visits based on the date of the last visit and the visit frequency defined for the business partner by the sales representative. For example, if the visit frequency for a business partner is defined as monthly, and the last visit took place a month ago, the system generates a due visit for the business partner. A due visit does not produce an error message. It simply serves as a reminder to the sales representative that the next visit to a business partner is due.

    Due visit is a feature of the SAP CRM-MSA Mobile Sales Assistant. It allows sales representatives to quickly and easily access customer information and create sales orders while on the go.
