  • Description: A collection of condition attributes that are related to the same context or object. You can define multiple condition groups for a rule policy type. The condition attributes are available for use in conditions and formulas during reward rule definition.

    Condition groups are used in SAP CRM Loyalty Marketing to define the conditions that must be met in order for a customer to receive a loyalty reward. A condition group is composed of one or more conditions, which can be based on customer attributes, purchase history, or other criteria. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create a condition group, go to the CRM Loyalty Marketing component and select the “Condition Groups” tab. From there, you can create a new condition group and add conditions to it. You can also edit existing condition groups and delete them if necessary. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a condition group, make sure to include all relevant conditions that must be met in order for the customer to receive the loyalty reward. This will ensure that only customers who meet the criteria will be eligible for the reward.
