    Capture is a feature of the CRM-ISE Internet Service Enablement component of SAP. It allows users to capture customer data from web forms and store it in the SAP system. This data can then be used for further analysis and decision-making. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use Capture, users must first create a web form that will capture the customer data. This form can be created using the SAP Web Form Builder. Once the form is created, it can be embedded into a website or sent out as an email. When customers fill out the form, their data is automatically stored in the SAP system. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a web form for Capture, make sure to include all relevant fields that you need to capture customer data. This will ensure that all necessary information is stored in the SAP system.
