    To use the deduction plan item period, first create a deduction plan item in the CRM-IPS Public Sector module. Then, select the “Period” tab and enter the start and end dates for the period. Alternatively, you can select a relative period such as “Current Month” or “Next Quarter”. Once you have entered the period, click “Save” to save your changes.

    When defining a deduction plan item period, it is important to ensure that the start and end dates are correct. If they are not correct, then the deduction plan item may not be applied correctly. Additionally, if you are using a relative period such as “Current Month” or “Next Quarter”, make sure that you update the start and end dates regularly to ensure that they are always accurate.
