  • Key Concepts: 
    File e-mail is a feature of SAP's Investigative Case Management (ICM) component of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite. It allows users to store emails in a secure, centralized location, and to easily access them for reference or further investigation. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the file e-mail feature, users must first log into their SAP system and navigate to the ICM component. Once there, they can select the “File E-mail” option from the menu. This will open a window where users can enter the email address of the sender, the subject line, and any other relevant information. Once all of this information is entered, users can click “Save” to store the email in their secure repository. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When filing emails, it is important to include as much information as possible in order to make it easier to find later. Additionally, users should be sure to keep their repository organized by creating folders for different topics or cases. This will make it easier to find emails when needed.
