    A toolbar is a graphical user interface (GUI) element in the SAP CRM-IC Interaction Center WebClient UI. It is a row of buttons or icons that allow users to quickly access commonly used functions or commands. Toolbars are typically located at the top of the window and can be customized to include the most frequently used commands. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use a toolbar, simply click on the icon or button that corresponds to the desired command. The command will then be executed. Toolbars can also be customized by adding or removing icons and buttons. To do this, right-click on the toolbar and select “Customize” from the menu. This will open a window where you can add or remove icons and buttons from the toolbar. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to customize your toolbar to include only the most frequently used commands. This will make it easier to find and execute commands quickly. Additionally, toolbars can be moved around the window by clicking and dragging them with your mouse.
