  • Component Name: Interaction Center WinClient

  • Description: Shortcut toolbar for telephony functions. This toolbar can contain a maximum of 12 buttons. Unlike the Interaction Center IC application toolbar, quick keys are optional and your system administrator can specify where they appear on the screen. &EXAMPLE& The system administrator places the quick keys near the bottom of the IC screen to provide agents with faster access to telephony functions by eliminating the need to scroll up to access the IC application toolbar.

    Quick keys are a feature of the CRM-CIC Interaction Center WinClient that allow users to quickly access frequently used functions. They are shortcuts that can be used to quickly navigate menus and perform tasks without having to manually search for them. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Quick keys can be accessed by pressing the “Alt” key and a number key at the same time. For example, pressing “Alt + 1” will open the main menu, while pressing “Alt + 2” will open the navigation menu. The quick keys can also be customized to access specific functions or menus. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to remember that quick keys are only available in the CRM-CIC Interaction Center WinClient. Additionally, it is recommended to customize quick keys to make them easier to remember and use.
