• Description: A message displayed in E-Care Social Connect or sent by email or text message when certain conditions occur. Notifications can be sent to care program members or their followers. &EXAMPLE& A care program member has a task to enter her blood pressure daily. She did not make an entry for the previous day. A notification is displayed in her care plan in E-Care Social Connect to inform her of the overdue task.

  Notification is a feature of the CRM-CEC Collaborative E-Care Management component of SAP. It allows users to send notifications to other users or groups of users in order to alert them of important events or tasks. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, or other communication channels. 
  
  How to use it: 
  Notifications can be created and sent from within the CRM-CEC Collaborative E-Care Management component. To create a notification, users must first select the type of notification they wish to send (e.g. email, SMS, etc.). Then, they must enter the recipient information (e.g. user name, group name, etc.) and the message content. Once all the information is entered, users can click “Send” to send the notification. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When creating notifications, it is important to ensure that all the necessary information is included in the message content. This includes any relevant links or attachments that may be needed for the recipient to take action on the notification. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the recipient information is accurate so that the notification is sent to the correct user or group of users.
