Component: CRM-CCI
Component Name: SAP Contact Center
Description: An audio message played for a caller entering a call service, or a text displayed for a person entering a chat.
Key Concepts: A welcome message is a pre-recorded audio message that is played when a customer calls into a contact center. It is used to provide customers with information about the contact center, such as the hours of operation, the services offered, and any other relevant information. How to use it: In SAP Contact Center, welcome messages are created and managed in the CRM-CCI component. To create a welcome message, go to the “Welcome Messages” tab in the CRM-CCI component and click “Create”. From there, you can record your own audio message or upload an existing audio file. Once you have saved your welcome message, it will be available for customers to hear when they call into the contact center. Tips & Tricks: When creating a welcome message, make sure to keep it short and concise. Customers don’t want to listen to a long message before they can get to the person they need to speak with. Additionally, make sure that your welcome message is clear and easy to understand. If customers don’t understand what you’re saying, they may become frustrated and hang up before they reach an agent.
