The buyer fills a shopping basket in the SAP Business-to-Business Procurement System with the requested products. This shopping basket is copied the CRM System, where a blocked sales order is generated. Once the shopping basket has been approved by the supervisor, the purchase order is transferred back to the CRM System, where the sales order is released.
