  • Key Concepts:
Schedule conditions are used in SAP CRM-BF Basic Functions to define the conditions under which a certain action should be performed. They are used to control the timing of activities, such as when a task should be started or when a document should be sent.

    How to use it:
Schedule conditions can be set up in the SAP CRM-BF Basic Functions module. To do this, go to the “Schedule Conditions” tab and select “Create”. From there, you can define the conditions for when an action should be performed. You can also specify the frequency of the action, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

    Tips & Tricks:
When setting up schedule conditions, it is important to consider the timing of the action and how it will affect other tasks and processes. For example, if you set up a schedule condition to send out an email every day at 9am, make sure that this does not conflict with any other tasks or processes that need to be completed at that time.
