  • Key Concepts:
Object list is a feature in SAP Controlling (CO) that allows users to create and manage lists of objects, such as cost centers, orders, and internal orders. The object list can be used to quickly access and analyze data related to the objects in the list.

    How to use it:
To create an object list, users must first define the objects they want to include in the list. This can be done by selecting the objects from a list of available objects or by entering the object numbers manually. Once the objects have been selected, users can then create the object list by entering a name for the list and clicking “Create”.

    Tips & Tricks:
Object lists can be used to quickly access and analyze data related to multiple objects at once. For example, if a user wants to compare the performance of two cost centers, they can create an object list with both cost centers and then use it to quickly access and analyze data related to both cost centers.

    Related Information:
Object lists can also be used in conjunction with other features in SAP Controlling, such as cost center groups and cost element groups. Cost center groups allow users to group multiple cost centers together for easier analysis, while cost element groups allow users to group multiple cost elements together for easier analysis.
