  • Key Concepts:
Segment rebook is a feature in SAP Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA) that allows users to transfer cost elements from one cost center to another. This feature is useful for companies that need to move costs between different cost centers, such as when a cost center is closed or when costs need to be allocated differently.

    How to use it:
To use segment rebook, users must first create a segment rebook document in the SAP system. This document contains the details of the cost elements that need to be transferred, such as the source and target cost centers, the amount of the transfer, and any other relevant information. Once the document is created, users can then execute the segment rebook process, which will transfer the cost elements from one cost center to another.

When creating a segment rebook document, it is important to double-check all of the information entered to ensure accuracy. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all of the necessary cost elements are included in the document before executing the segment rebook process.
