  • Key Concepts: 
    A canceled subscription is a type of subscription that has been terminated by the customer or by SAP. This type of subscription is no longer active and cannot be used to access any services or products associated with it. 
    
    How to use it: 
    The Fiori UI for SAP Marketing Cloud allows customers to manage their subscriptions, including canceling them. To cancel a subscription, customers must log into their account and select the “Cancel Subscription” option. Once the cancellation is complete, the subscription will no longer be active and customers will no longer be able to access any services or products associated with it. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that canceling a subscription does not automatically refund any money that was paid for the subscription. Customers must contact SAP directly in order to receive a refund for a canceled subscription.
