    A contributor is a user in the SAP system who has the ability to create, edit, and delete guided procedures. Contributors are responsible for creating and maintaining the content of the guided procedures. They can also assign tasks to other users and monitor their progress. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to become a contributor, a user must first be granted the appropriate authorization in the SAP system. Once they have been granted this authorization, they can then access the CAF-GP Guided Procedures application and begin creating and editing guided procedures.

    When creating or editing a guided procedure, it is important to ensure that all steps are clearly defined and that all necessary information is included. It is also important to ensure that all tasks are assigned to the appropriate users and that their progress is monitored regularly.
