Key Concepts: Selection sets are a feature of SAP Visual Enterprise (CA-VE) that allow users to quickly select multiple objects in a 3D scene. Selection sets are created by selecting objects in the scene and then assigning them to a selection set. Once created, selection sets can be used to quickly select multiple objects in the scene without having to individually select each one. How to use it: To create a selection set, first select the objects you want to include in the set. Then, right-click on one of the selected objects and select “Create Selection Set” from the context menu. This will open a dialog box where you can enter a name for the selection set and click “OK” to create it. Once created, you can quickly select all of the objects in the selection set by right-clicking on any object in the scene and selecting “Select Selection Set” from the context menu. Tips & Tricks: You can quickly add or remove objects from an existing selection set by holding down the Shift key while selecting or deselecting objects. This will add or remove them from the existing selection set without having to open the dialog box again.
