    Resolution status is a field in the SAP Situation Handling Data Context and Automation component that indicates the current status of a situation. It is used to track the progress of a situation and can be set to one of several values, such as “Open”, “In Progress”, “Closed”, or “Cancelled”. 
    
    How to use it: 
    The resolution status field can be used to track the progress of a situation. When a situation is created, the resolution status should be set to “Open”. As the situation is worked on, the resolution status should be updated accordingly. When the situation is resolved, the resolution status should be set to “Closed”. If the situation is cancelled or abandoned, the resolution status should be set to “Cancelled”. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to keep the resolution status up-to-date so that other users can easily see the progress of a situation. Additionally, it can be helpful to add comments when changing the resolution status so that other users can understand why it was changed.
