  Order plan items can be created manually or automatically by the system. To create an order plan item manually, go to the Replenishment Planning transaction (CA-RT-XRP) and select “Create Order Plan Item” from the menu. Enter the required information such as material number, order quantity, delivery date, and order type. Once all of the information is entered, click “Save” to create the order plan item.
