    An action is a feature of SAP Conversational AI that allows you to create a custom response to a user's input. Actions are triggered when a user's input matches a specific intent or entity. Actions can be used to provide additional information, ask for more details, or redirect the conversation to another topic. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Actions can be created in the SAP Conversational AI platform by selecting the “Actions” tab in the left-hand menu. From there, you can create an action by giving it a name and selecting an intent or entity that will trigger the action. You can then add a response for the action, which can include text, images, buttons, and other interactive elements. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating an action, it is important to make sure that the intent or entity you select is specific enough to accurately trigger the action. Additionally, it is important to make sure that your response is clear and concise so that users understand what you are trying to communicate.
