    How to use it: 
    To assign a function to a user or group of users, first navigate to the “Functions” tab in the SAP CA-GTF-RM Responsibility Management system. Select the desired function from the list and click “Assign”. Enter the user or group name and click “Save”. The function will now be assigned to the specified user or group. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When assigning functions, it is important to consider the user’s level of responsibility and experience. Assigning too many functions to a user can lead to confusion and errors, while assigning too few can limit their ability to perform their job effectively.
