  • Description: Generation in which the SIW projects are created only once by SAP Process Object Builder. Depending on the type of generated objects, they are also generated once using the Process Object Builder or directly in the Service Implementation Workbench SIW. • Key Concepts:
One-time generation is a feature of the CA-FS-POL Process Object Layer in SAP. It allows users to generate a single instance of a process object, such as a document or report, and then store it in the system for future use. This eliminates the need to generate multiple copies of the same object.

    How to use it:
To use one-time generation, users must first create a process object in the CA-FS-POL Process Object Layer. Once the object is created, users can select the “Generate” option from the menu and select “One-Time Generation”. This will generate a single instance of the object and store it in the system for future use.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using one-time generation, it is important to remember that only one instance of the object will be generated and stored in the system. If multiple copies are needed, users must generate them separately. Additionally, users should ensure that all necessary information is included when generating an object, as this cannot be changed once it has been generated.
