  • Key Concepts:
Partial order is a feature of the CA-DMS Document Management System (DMS) that allows users to create and manage documents in a hierarchical structure. Documents can be organized into folders and subfolders, and documents can be linked to each other in a parent-child relationship. This allows users to easily find related documents and quickly access the information they need.

    How to use it:
To use partial order, users must first create a folder structure for their documents. This can be done by creating folders and subfolders within the DMS. Once the folder structure is created, users can then add documents to the folders and link them together in a parent-child relationship. This allows users to easily find related documents and quickly access the information they need.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a folder structure for documents, it is important to think about how the documents will be used. For example, if documents are related to a specific project, it may be helpful to create a folder for that project and then add subfolders for each document type. This will make it easier for users to find the documents they need.
