  • Description: Group of methods that assess the effect of changes made to any dependent objects when an object is checked and activated. The impact analysis ensures that the objects are consistent. Examples: A navigation attribute is deleted from a characteristic. When the characteristic is activated, all the InfoCubes that use this characteristic are set to inactive. The InfoCubes have to be reactivated without the navigation attribute to make them consistent. In other cases, dependent objects are adjusted immediately if this is not possible without manual changes.
