    Totaller is a feature in Crystal Reports that allows users to create summary totals for groups of data. It can be used to calculate the sum, average, minimum, maximum, and count of a group of data. Totaller can also be used to create subtotals and grand totals for a report. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use Totaller, open the Crystal Reports Designer and select the Totaller option from the Insert menu. Select the field or fields you want to total and then select the type of total you want to calculate. You can also specify whether you want to display the total in a separate column or at the bottom of the report. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using Totaller, it is important to remember that it will only calculate totals for groups of data that are visible on the report. If you want to calculate totals for all data in a report, make sure that all data is visible on the report before using Totaller.
