    Bottom N is a feature in SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for OLAP that allows users to quickly identify the lowest-performing items in a given dataset. It is used to identify the bottom N items in terms of a given measure, such as sales or profit. The user can specify the number of items to be displayed, and the results are displayed in descending order. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use Bottom N, open the Analysis, edition for OLAP application and select the dataset you wish to analyze. Select the measure you wish to use for the analysis (e.g. sales or profit) and then select “Bottom N” from the list of available features. Enter the number of items you wish to display and click “OK”. The results will be displayed in descending order, with the lowest-performing items at the top. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using Bottom N, it is important to remember that the results are based on the measure you have selected. If you are looking for the lowest-performing items in terms of sales, make sure you select “sales” as your measure before running the analysis. Additionally, it is important to remember that Bottom N only displays the lowest-performing items; if you are looking for higher-performing items, you will need to use a different feature such as Top N.
