    A participant in SAP StreamWork is a user who has been invited to join a workspace. Participants can be invited to join a workspace by the workspace owner or by another participant. Participants can view, comment on, and edit documents, tasks, and discussions within the workspace. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To invite a participant to join a workspace, the workspace owner or another participant must enter the participant’s email address in the “Invite Participants” field. The participant will then receive an email invitation to join the workspace. Once the participant has accepted the invitation, they will be able to view, comment on, and edit documents, tasks, and discussions within the workspace. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When inviting participants to join a workspace, it is important to make sure that they have access to the necessary permissions. For example, if you are inviting a participant to join a workspace that contains confidential information, you should make sure that they have access to view and edit that information.
