  • Component: BI-LUM-DER

  • Component Name: SAP BusinessObjects Lumira Designer

  • Description: A viewport represents the view an application designer gets of their application when using the Adaptive Layout component. The viewport varies depending on the selection made in the design tool. Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
A viewport is a graphical user interface (GUI) element in SAP BusinessObjects Lumira Designer that allows users to view and interact with data. It is a container for visualizations, such as charts, tables, and maps. The viewport also provides access to data sources, filters, and other features.

    How to use it:
To use the viewport, users must first select a data source. This can be done by clicking the “Data Sources” tab in the left-hand panel of the Lumira Designer window. Once a data source is selected, users can drag and drop visualizations into the viewport. The viewport will then display the visualizations and allow users to interact with them.

    Tips & Tricks:
When working with multiple visualizations in the viewport, users can use the “Arrange” feature to organize them. This feature allows users to move, resize, and align visualizations within the viewport. Additionally, users can use the “Filters” feature to filter data within the viewport.
