    The archive document ID can be used to search for archived documents in the SAP system. To search for an archived document, enter the archive document ID in the search field of the SAP system. The search results will display the archived document with its associated information. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When searching for an archived document, make sure to enter the correct archive document ID. If you enter an incorrect archive document ID, you may not be able to find the desired archived document.
