  • Key Concepts:
Termaction is a component of the SAP Text Retrieval and Information Extraction (BC-SRV-KPR-RET) module. It is used to identify and extract terms from text documents, such as customer orders, invoices, and contracts. The extracted terms are then used to create a structured database of terms that can be used for further analysis.

    How to use it:
Termaction can be used to identify and extract terms from text documents. To do this, the user must first define the types of terms they want to extract. This can be done by specifying the type of term (e.g. customer name, product name, etc.), the language of the document, and any other relevant information. Once the types of terms have been defined, Termaction will automatically search for and extract these terms from the text document.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using Termaction, it is important to ensure that the types of terms being extracted are relevant to the task at hand. For example, if you are extracting customer names from an invoice, it is important to make sure that only customer names are being extracted and not other irrelevant information such as product names or addresses.

    Related Information:
Termaction is part of the SAP Text Retrieval and Information Extraction (BC-SRV-KPR-RET) module. Other components of this module include Text Analysis (BC-SRV-KPR-TXT), Text Mining (BC-SRV-KPR-TXT), and Natural Language Processing (BC-SRV-KPR-NLP). These components can be used in conjunction with Termaction to further analyze and process text documents.
