  • Key Concepts:
Content versioning is a feature of SAP Document Management Services (DMS) that allows users to store multiple versions of a document in the same location. This feature allows users to keep track of changes made to a document over time, and to easily revert back to an earlier version if needed.

    How to use it:
To use content versioning, users must first enable the feature in the DMS configuration. Once enabled, users can create multiple versions of a document by selecting the “Create Version” option from the DMS menu. This will create a new version of the document with a unique version number. Users can then make changes to the document and save it as a new version.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating multiple versions of a document, it is important to give each version a meaningful name or description so that users can easily identify which version they are working with. Additionally, users should always save their work frequently when making changes to ensure that no changes are lost.
