  • Key Concepts:
Collection Relationship is a feature of SAP Document Management Services (DMS) that allows users to group documents together in a logical way. It allows users to create relationships between documents, such as parent-child relationships, and to store them in a hierarchical structure. This makes it easier to find and manage documents.

    How to use it:
To use Collection Relationship, users must first create a collection. This can be done by selecting the “Create Collection” option from the DMS menu. Once the collection is created, users can add documents to it by selecting the “Add Document” option from the DMS menu. Documents can then be organized into a hierarchical structure by creating relationships between them.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a collection, it is important to give it a descriptive name that will make it easy to find later. It is also important to create relationships between documents that make sense and are easy to understand. This will make it easier for other users to find and manage documents in the collection.
