Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Check-out is a feature of SAP Document Management Services (DMS) that allows users to lock a document so that no other user can modify it. This ensures that only one user can make changes to the document at any given time.

    How to use it:
To check-out a document, users must first open the document in the DMS. Then, they can select the “Check-Out” option from the menu bar. This will lock the document and prevent other users from making changes to it. To check-in the document, users must select the “Check-In” option from the menu bar.

    Tips & Tricks:
When checking out a document, it is important to remember to check it back in when you are done making changes. This will ensure that other users can access and modify the document as needed.
