• Description: An alert recipient finds the alerts meant for them in their alert inbox in the enterprise portal. There they can confirm their alerts. This confirmation acknowledges that they have read/taken note of the alert, and also removes the alert from their inbox. Confirmed alerts are not sent again or escalated further.
