How to use it: Alert categories can be created and managed in the SAP Communication Services component. To create an alert category, go to the “Alert Categories” tab in the Communication Services component and click “Create”. Enter a name for the alert category and select the type of alert (e.g. email, SMS, etc.) that will be associated with it. Once the alert category is created, alerts can be assigned to it. Tips & Tricks: It is important to create meaningful alert categories that are easy to understand and manage. For example, if you are creating an alert category for errors, you may want to name it “Error Alerts” or something similar. This will make it easier for users to identify and manage alerts in this category.
