  • Key Concepts:
Audit classes are used in SAP to control the logging of system activities. They are used to define which activities should be logged and which should not. Audit classes are assigned to users, roles, and profiles, and can be used to control the logging of activities such as user logon/logoff, user authorization checks, and system changes.

    How to use it:
Audit classes can be assigned to users, roles, and profiles in the SAP Security system. To assign an audit class to a user, role, or profile, go to the Security tab in the SAP system and select the Audit Classes option. From there, you can select the audit class you want to assign and click “Assign”.

    Tips & Tricks:
When assigning audit classes, it is important to remember that they will only be effective if they are assigned to users, roles, or profiles that have access to the system. If a user does not have access to the system, then any audit classes assigned to them will not be effective.
