  • Key Concepts:
Account linking is a feature of the BC-SEC Security component of SAP software. It allows users to link multiple accounts together, allowing them to access the same data and resources from different accounts. This feature is useful for organizations that have multiple users accessing the same data or resources, as it allows them to easily switch between accounts without having to log out and log back in.

    How to use it:
To use account linking, users must first create a master account. This account will be used to link all other accounts together. Once the master account is created, users can then link additional accounts to it. To do this, they must enter the username and password of the additional account into the master account's settings. Once linked, users can switch between accounts by simply logging into the master account and selecting the desired account from the list of linked accounts.

    Tips & Tricks:
When linking multiple accounts, it is important to ensure that each account has a unique username and password. This will help prevent unauthorized access to any of the linked accounts. Additionally, it is important to keep the master account secure by using a strong password and regularly changing it.

    Related Information:
Account linking is just one of many features available in SAP's BC-SEC Security component. Other features include user authentication, authorization, and encryption. For more information on these features, please refer to SAP's official documentation.
