    Copy profile is a feature in SAP BC-SEC-USR User Administration that allows users to quickly create a new user profile by copying an existing one. This feature is useful for creating multiple user profiles with similar settings, such as when creating multiple users with the same access rights. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the copy profile feature, first select the user profile you want to copy. Then, click on the “Copy Profile” button in the toolbar. Enter a new name for the copied profile and click “OK”. The new profile will be created with all of the settings from the original profile. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When copying a profile, make sure to give it a unique name so that it can be easily identified later. Additionally, you can edit any of the settings in the new profile before saving it.
