What is quantifier in SAP BC-SEC-DCL - Data Control Language?

The two basic quantifiers, universal and existential, return a true value on an condition based on the membership of a set. The universal quantifier is true if all members of the set meet the condition. The existential quantifier is true if any single member of the set meets the condition.
