A matching interface is only used during business scenario configuration when the framework has to determine the compatible service definition automatically. Matching interfaces can be maintained using the following tools: Enterprise Services Repository ABAP transaction SMIF ABAP transaction SOAManager: In central business scenario configuration, matching interfaces are created or displayed during connection maintenance. If the assignment between service definition and consumer proxy already exists for the system combination, it cannot be changed. Matching interfaces for central business scenario configuration can also be maintained in central SOA Manager in the matching interfaces application.
