Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Hide is a feature in the BC-DOC Documentation and Translation Tools component of SAP software. It allows users to hide certain documents from view, making them inaccessible to other users. This feature is useful for keeping sensitive documents secure and preventing unauthorized access.

    How to use it:
To use the hide feature, users must first select the document they wish to hide. Then, they can click on the “Hide” button in the toolbar. This will make the document invisible to other users. To make the document visible again, users can click on the “Unhide” button in the toolbar.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to remember that hiding a document does not delete it from the system. It simply makes it invisible to other users. Therefore, it is important to be careful when using this feature, as documents can still be accessed by those with access rights.
