What is translation status in SAP BC-DOC-TTL - Translation Tools?

  • Description: Each individual line in a short text object has one of three possible translation statuses: New red The translation line is empty. Modified yellow The translation line contains a translation that does not match a proposal in the proposal pool. Translated green The translation line contains a translation that matches a proposal in the proposal pool. The statuses of the individual lines in a short text object determine the overall status of the short text object itself: If a short text object contains one or more new red lines, the status of the object is new. If a short text object contains no new lines but one or more modified yellow lines, the status of the object is modified. If a short text object contains nothing but translated green lines, the status of the object is translated. Long text objects also have one of three possible translation statuses: New red No translation exists. Modified yellow A translation exists, but the source text has changed since the
