  • Key Concepts: Country Validity is a feature of the BC-DOC-DTL Documentation Tools component of SAP. It allows users to assign a specific country to a document, so that the document is only visible to users in that country. This feature is useful for ensuring that documents are only seen by the intended audience.
    How to use it: To use Country Validity, first create a document in the BC-DOC-DTL Documentation Tools component. Then, select the “Country Validity” option from the menu. From there, you can select the country or countries that should be able to view the document. Once you have selected the countries, click “Save” to save your changes.
    Tips & Tricks: When using Country Validity, it is important to remember that documents can only be assigned to one country at a time. If you need to assign a document to multiple countries, you will need to create multiple versions of the document and assign each version to a different country.
